As a result of the company-wide efforts, in May 2013, we acquired the 5rd “Child-rearing Support Company (common name: Kurumin)” in Kagawa Prefecture.
Furthermore, in January 2014, we received an award from Takamatsu City for the "Child-rearing Support Small and Medium Enterprises" award.

Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, if a company formulates an action plan to support workers balancing work and child-rearing, and meets certain requirements, it will be designated as a "child-rearing support company" by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare ( (Delegated to the director of the prefectural labor bureau).
