Since 2011, we have formulated a general business owner action plan with the aim of creating an environment where employees can work comfortably. I have worked hard to achieve a work-life balance.
In recognition of these efforts, on October 2022, 10, we were certified by the Kagawa Work Style Reform Promotion Declaration.
Going forward, we will continue to pursue a work style that allows not only work time but also private time such as housework, childcare, nursing care, education, and community activities to be enriched, so that all employees can continue to work while feeling a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. It is a system created for the purpose, and is a system certified by Kagawa Prefecture.
