Reason for joining the company

The reason for this was the existence of Tadano, a crane manufacturer active in my hometown of Kagawa. While researching Tadano's website, I learned about "Tadano Engineering" and participated in a company tour. I was fascinated by the fact that they have a wide variety of products, such as "manufacturing according to your needs". Also, these products are active all over Japan, and I want to be one of the companies that contribute to society! I hoped to join the company!

Work I am in charge of

In my department, we assemble, inspect, and ship our main product, the hydraulic gantry. The hydraulic gantry is a one-of-a-kind item (special product), and the assembly and inspection methods differ from one small part. In this process, there are many difficult tasks, from acceptance inspection of parts to product assembly/inspection and shipping work, but we learn from the experience and knowledge of senior employees in the group and strive to provide products that satisfy our customers.

What I like about my work

The hydraulic gantry is a product that meets the needs of our customers, and there is no same product. It's a rewarding job. Also, unlike the production line, you can be involved in many processes and gain a lot of knowledge and experience. In addition, I am sometimes asked to deliver and assemble the products I was in charge of, attend to the delivery and assembly at the customer's site, and maintain and inspect products on the market. You can have it!

Good things about joining the company

I'm in my 6th year, but I was in charge of various products and had a lot of experience. Working on one product gives me a great sense of accomplishment. Also, when I see the products I was in charge of actually contributing to society, I feel a strong attachment to the products. There were times when I struggled and made mistakes, but I am who I am today thanks to the guidance of senior employees in the group. I am currently in charge of the hydraulic gantries that contributed to society, and I am honored to be a member of Tadano Engineering! By all means, let's work together!
