interview

Reason for joining the company

I had a strong desire to work in the prefecture if possible in terms of job hunting.
Therefore, I participated in a company briefing session mainly for companies in the prefecture, and I felt that the atmosphere among employees was good as I heard stories such as the well-established welfare program and the holding of company events.
Later, when I visited the company and took a tour of the factory, I became interested in the hydraulic gantry itself, which led me to apply.

Work I am in charge of

The Product Development Department designs and manufactures hydraulic gantries.
The Product Development Department designs and manufactures hydraulic gantries. In the control group to which I belong, we select electrical parts for machines, design electrical circuits, and design software. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can learn and experience the process of how a product is completed from consideration and drawing, and when the product is shipped safely.

What I like about my work

When the product is completed, the customer may come to our company to explain the specifications and operation of the product before shipment.
Since we manufacture machines according to each customer's request, sometimes there are cases of special machines, and sometimes we struggle, but I think that the appeal of my work is being able to receive words of gratitude from customers.

Good things about joining the company

It is to be able to hear the customer's voice of joy and the state after shipment.
Also, there are times when I struggle, but I am blessed with kind and reliable seniors around me, and even now, if I have any problems, I often consult with them regardless of whether they are inside or outside the company.
It is a little disappointing that the number of in-house events has decreased after the spread of the new coronavirus, but I would like to overcome it together with all the employees.
