Schemes related to childbirth and childcare

The rate of female employees taking the childcare leave is 100%
In May 2013, we were certified by the Minister of Health, Labor, and Welfare as a child-rearing support company based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children. We also acquired the next-generation certification mark (nicknamed "Kurumin").
We offer a maternity leave scheme and childcare leave scheme that can be taken until the child turns 1 (up to 2 years old in the case of children on the waiting list). We also provide a shortened working hours scheme that can be taken until the child reaches the 4th grade of elementary school (up to December), and child care leave, etc.
100% of female employees take childcare leave, and some male employees have also taken childcare leave. Additionally, male employees can take leave for their spouse's childbirth.

Holidays and Vacations

Days Off There are a total of 2 days off per year (125), with two full days off a week.
Long vacation Three times a year: Golden Week, summer holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays.

English education and assistance In order to develop global human resources, we encourage employees to take English conversation classes and online English conversation classes taught by foreign instructors, and subsidize the tuition fees.
