DECK LIFTERDeck Lifter
A Deck Lifter is a large load-lifting machine that uses jack mechanisms that extend and retract with hydraulic cylinders and a deck to raise a load.
Even work that involves very large and super-heavy structures such as bridge replacement can be done safely and in a short time in a relatively small work area with the use of multi-axle carriers.
Features
-
The structure is strong against lateral loads due to the use of box-shaped jacks with excellent rigidity.
-
An inverter control system is used to control the speed of the electric motor that powers the hydraulic pump, so it has excellent synchronism and fine movement.
-
Two units of lifters can be used stacking one unit on another. In this way, the lifting stroke is doubled.
-
It is equipped with a safety system that constantly monitors the amount of extension and retraction and automatically stops operation before the lifter becomes unstable even if synchronism is lost. The amount of extension and retraction and other various information can be checked on the display monitor to support the operator.
