Introduction of our efforts
- In addition to creating materials regarding the childcare leave system, we actively explain and educate men about the system to encourage them to take childcare leave.
- Regarding the short-time working hours system for childcare and child care leave system, we have established childcare leave regulations for employees who are raising children up to December of the fourth year of elementary school, which exceeds the legal requirement.
- We have also been certified as a ``Health and Productivity Management Organization'' as a company that works to maintain and improve women's health.
- We have been certified as a "Youth Yell Company" as a company that actively promotes the active participation of women and recruits and trains young people, and has excellent employment management.

This is a system in which Takamatsu City certifies and awards small and medium-sized enterprises that are actively working to foster and promote women and improve the workplace environment so that women can play an active role in their own way.
Tadano Engineering was awarded at the "Business Award that Takamatsu, the Capital of Seto" is proud of.
On February 6, 2, we were recognized as a ``Company that Empowers Women in the Work Style Reform Category'' in Takamatsu City's award system, ``Business Awards that Takamatsu, the Capital of Seto, is proud of.''
The award was started in 2019 by Takamatsu City with the aim of praising the efforts of small and medium-sized businesses within the city and making them widely known to citizens.
In this category, only one company that has taken particularly outstanding initiatives from among the companies that have been certified as a "Wonderful Takamatsu Women's Empowerment Company" will be recognized. Our company was recognized for promoting various work style reform activities such as "Kurumin" and "Youth Yell."
