Here are some of the usage examples.

By attaching the jacks to a large generator, it is now possible to load and unload the generator to/from the cargo bed independently in the event of an emergency (disaster, etc.) without a mobile crane, as long as there is a transport truck.

As a disaster prevention specification (for the Ministry of Defense), it is useful for deploying multipurpose containers.
